Maintenance Check List
Enjoy all these services with ANY plan you choose:
- Clean or replace air filters (one 1″ filter included)
- Clean and flush condensate drain
- Add drain pan treatment
- Sanitize evaporator coil
- Inspect evaporator coil and blower wheel for dirt buildup
- Test heat strip and float switch operation
- Inspect air handler for mold or mildew
- Measure temperature split across coil
- Test thermostat performance
- Inspect all capacitors and compressor contactor
- Verify reversing valve operation
- Rinse the outside unit with garden hose
- Confirm refrigerant charge is correct
- Inspect all electrical connections
- Ensure all valve caps are tight and leak-free
